Prices and Conditions for Your Holiday in Funes

Here you will find the main information and prices for a relaxing holiday in **St. Magdalena**, in the heart of the Dolomites.
**High season – Christmas, Carnival, and Easter holidays:** 150,00 €
**Low season:** 110,00 € – 130,00 €
The prices are **per night for 2 people** with a minimum stay of 4 nights.

**Additional person charges:**
  • 0 – 3 years: free
  • 4 – 13 years: 15,00 € per night
  • 14 years and older: 20,00 € per night

Terms and Conditions

The final cleaning is included in the price.

The local tax is 2.00 € per person per night (from 14 years old) and is not included in the price.

The prices apply with a minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a 10% surcharge.

The prices are per night for 2 people. For each additional person, we charge a daily fee of 20.00 € for adults and 15.00 € for children up to 13 years old. Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.

Check-in & Check-out: The apartment is ready for check-in from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time by phone on the day of arrival. On the departure day, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. Early or late check-in/check-out is possible upon prior arrangement.

Written reservations become binding with a deposit of 20% of the total amount and the subsequent booking confirmation. Please provide your first and last name when making the bank transfer.

The remaining balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash on-site. Please note that there is a cash payment limit of 4,999.99 € in Italy. Debit cards and checks are not accepted.

In the case of cancellation, the deposit will be credited for the next stay, but it cannot be transferred to family or friends.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked days will be charged.

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the entire house.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things can happen before your trip – with the European Travel Cancellation Insurance “HGV Stornoschutz”, you are financially protected. Here you can take out the insurance. If you arrive late, do not show up, or cancel your stay early, the following cancellation fees may apply according to EU regulations:
  • If you cancel up to 1 month before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 10 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If you cancel within 9 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  • If you arrive late, leave early, or do not show up, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation but will be credited for the next stay and cannot be transferred to family or friends.

Südtirol Guest Pass

Upon completion of the stay contract, the guest will be issued the South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (hereinafter referred to as the Guest Pass), which, according to the resolution of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of the stay, from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the South Tyrol Mobil network, as well as additional services, which may vary according to the respective tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.

The only South Tyrol-wide holder of the Guest Pass is the Mobility Consortium, which was appointed as the central coordinating body by the South Tyrolean Tourism Organization Association (LTS) on November 16, 2022, in accordance with the above-mentioned resolution. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass as well as the terms and conditions of use of the Guest Pass will be communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
